Today's sophisticated applicant tracking systems know by more than position on the résumé whether the text is an address or phone number. It is six of one, half a dozen of another whether you put your contact information at the top or bottom of your résumé. Choose based on your personal preference. However, always list your e-mail address in addition to your phone/fax numbers and postal mailing information. It shows you are comfortable with today's technology.
